The process is very simple if you wish us to market your property:
We begin with a no-obligation Market Appraisal - whereby we tell you how much your property is worth and give you any advice face-to-face...Our staff are very experienced so there is very little they will not know!
Once we have taken photos and agreed on the asking price, the property is then advertised for free on all major websites. Typically within a 2 week period we will have applications from tenants, and we will fully reference them to make sure they are suitable.
We operate upon a "no let - no fee" basis, so as tenants move in and pay their rent and deposit, we take our fee and either manage it thereon (see Managed / Managed Plus services) or leave it in your hands (see Let Only).
